Welcome to Sehet.pk. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, mobile platforms, WhatsApp communication, and home healthcare services. By using Sehet.pk, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. About Sehet.pk
Sehet.pk provides hospital-at-home and healthcare support services, subject to availability and confirmation. Our services include nursing and medical care, diagnostic services, medical equipment rental, pharmacy and medical disposables, and long-term care services with 12-hour or 24-hour shifts.
2. Service Booking and Confirmation
To place a service request, customers must sign up or log in on the Sehet.pk platform. Services are selected through the available categories and added to the cart. After submission of patient and service details, the request is reviewed by our team. A Sehet.pk representative will contact the customer within one hour during operational hours to confirm and finalize the service. Submission of a request does not guarantee service availability until it is officially confirmed by Sehet.pk.
3. Operational Timings
Customer support and confirmation calls are available from Monday to Sunday. All service coordination and representative communication takes place within these hours.
- Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Sunday: 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM
4. Payments and Billing
Sehet.pk accepts payments through IBFT bank transfers only to the official company account. Cash payments and transfers to personal or third-party accounts are not accepted.

Payments must be completed as instructed by the Sehet.pk team in order to confirm services.
5. Pricing and Discounts
Displayed prices are indicative and may vary based on service duration, location, or clinical requirements. Discount or promotional codes, if available, must be applied before service confirmation. Sehet.pk reserves the right to modify or withdraw pricing and discounts at any time without prior notice.
6. Long-Term and Shift-Based Services
Long-term services may include 12-hour or 24-hour shifts, as agreed during service confirmation.
Service duration, scope of duties, and schedules are finalized prior to staff deployment.
For service shifts of 12 hours or longer, clients are responsible for providing basic meals and
drinking water to the assigned staff during the duty period.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to provide accurate patient and location details, ensure a safe and respectful working environment, and inform Sehet.pk of any changes in patient condition or service requirements. Clients must treat assigned staff with dignity and professionalism. Sehet.pk reserves the right to suspend or withdraw services in cases of unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate conditions.
8. Cancellations and Modifications
All requests for cancellation or rescheduling should be communicated as early as possible. Late cancellations, including same-day cancellations, may result in charges due to operational arrangements, staff scheduling, and resources already allocated.
9. Medical Disclaimer
Sehet.pk facilitates access to healthcare services but does not replace hospital-based or emergency medical care. In case of a medical emergency, clients must immediately contact local emergency services. All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Use of Sehet.pk services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal and medical information is collected, stored, and protected.
11. Limitation of Liability
Sehet.pk shall not be liable for delays, disruptions, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond reasonable control, including traffic conditions, force majeure events, or inaccurate information provided by the client.
A. Post-Service Responsibility and Revisit Policy
Patients and their attendants are responsible for following all instructions provided by the attending healthcare professional during and after the completion of the service. Once the assigned healthcare professional has:
- Successfully completed the requested procedure or service.
- Confirmed that the patient is clinically stable at the time of departure.
- Provided appropriate post-procedure or aftercare instructions (where applicable).
- Left the service location.
Sehet.pk shall not be held responsible for any complications, injuries, bleeding, accidental removal or displacement of medical devices (including IV cannulas, catheters, dressings, or similar devices), deterioration in the patient’s condition, or any other incident arising after completion of the service due to, including but not limited to:
- Patient movement or failure to follow medical or aftercare instructions.
- Removal, displacement, tampering, or damage to any medical device by the patient, family member, caregiver, or any third party.
- Lack of appropriate supervision by the patient’s family, attendant, or caregiver after completion of the service.
- Failure to promptly seek medical attention after new or worsening symptoms develop.
- Any event or circumstance occurring after the assigned healthcare professional has completed the service and departed from the premises.
Sehet.pk shall also not be responsible for delays, interruptions, losses, or service issues caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including traffic, internet/communication failures, power outages, GPS inaccuracies, adverse weather, force majeure, building access restrictions, third-party technical failures, or incorrect/incomplete information provided by the client.
Any revisit requested due to post-service incidents, patient movement, non-compliance with instructions, lack of supervision, or any issue arising after the healthcare professional has left the premises shall be treated as a new service request, and applicable revisit charges will apply. Revisit charges will be waived only if Sehet.pk determines that the issue resulted from proven negligence, misconduct, or improper performance by its assigned healthcare professional.
In case of a medical emergency or sudden deterioration after service completion, the client must immediately contact emergency medical services or visit the nearest hospital. Sehet.pk’s home healthcare services are not a substitute for emergency or hospital-based care.
Additional Terms
- Pharmacy medicines, disposables, and other purchased consumables are non-refundable once purchased.
- Any rented medical equipment used for even one day will be charged as one full month's rental, in accordance with Sehet.pk's rental policy.
12. Changes to Terms
Sehet.pk may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be published on www.sehet.pk. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
